Portable Autoclave
“MATRIX” Portable Autoclave are suitable of general laboratory use as well as for field sterilization of instruments and dressings etc. Dome shaped S.S. lid is provided
which seals the autoclave with neoprene jointless gasket. The lid is tightened to the body when closed. The working pressure is 1.1 to
1.2 Kg./cm2 (15-18PSI).
Features
The sterilizer is made of S.S. Sheet deep drawn to cylindrical shape. The seamless construction allow no bacteria residue & free
from dirt accumulation. It is equipped with dial pressure gauge 0-60 PSI, spring loaded safety valve, dead weight type safely valve
and steam release valve.
The load is held in dressing drums (optional), which is supported on a stand (tripod) the autoclave is hydraulically tested at twice
the working pressure as per ISI requirement. It is fitted with ISI marked heater. Supplied complete with plug & cord.
Suitable to work on 220/230 Volt, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES
- The inner portion made of Stainless Steel and while the outer (mild steel) has Electro galvanized steel Duly Powder Coated Sheet enamel painted.
- Stainless Steel Sheet is used in making of heaters cover stand and bucket
- Lid is constructed using Electro galvanized steel Duly Powder Coated plate lined with stainless steel from inside
- Use of electro galvanized steel Duly Powder Coated duly enamel painted in making of supporting Ring & Legs
- Lid comes loaded with Manual Exhaust Valve, water level indicator, Pressure Gauge and Spring Loaded Safety Valve
- Drain Valve enables smooth and hassle-free cleaning of the chamber
- Gasket is made of neoprene.
